I usually don't blog on a single image, but I found this one very neat. It is possible that it is photoshopped, but I don't think so (as I've seen it on a few different sites). I guess this is similar to the drummers and pipers during the old days, but it's odd seeing it nowadays. I'm wondering what he was playing and how well it could be heard amongst the gun fire. Maybe he's just there to sing his bard's tales of the heroes for future generations to hear.
