There are some jobs it seems like you could train a monkey to do. Waiting tables doesn't seem like one of those jobs, but it is in one Japanese tavern. I thought this was an enjoyable story of monkey see monkey do. The monkeys working at the tavern learned what they do simply by watching other waiters. I can really believe the article when it says "The monkeys are actually better waiters than some really bad human ones". It'd be something interesting to see what "monkey business" really looks like.
